Courses

Fast Achievers provide music tuition in 2 main areas:

Electronic keyboard Tuition

We work with all levels of musician and student from beginners just starting out to composers, looking to enhance their technical ability.

Our tuition focuses on the technical details of mastering the keyboard, but is rooted in learning by doing – focusing on playing music and developing an individual style.

We work with many of our students to achieve grade examination passes in the West London University Examinations standard, but we’re equally happy to focus on development outside of the grading system.

Classes are attended at our premises where we have a range of keyboards and practice rooms to train in.

Music theory

We provide tuition in musical theory teaching students to read music, understand music notation and to be able to score their own compositions.

Our music theory courses include consideration of notation, time signatures (meter and rhythm), musical terms (speed, volume, tone). We focus on a mixture of practical exercises to develop the capacity of our students to create their own musical notation and to be able to hear and understand the composition of others.

From joining Fast Achievers I have been able to excel and take my keyboard skills to another level, while learning something new every lesson from the theoretical or practical side of keyboard. My teacher, Mr Sutharshan has helped me overcome the difficulties I have had doing my grades. The greatest part about his lessons, he is very strict in the sense of learning so, we learn a lot of stuff but also the lessons are fun, meaning that we won’t end up finding playing keyboard boring.
